Map/Directions
Our clinical offices are at 161 Fort Washington Avenue, Suite 862. Located at the corner of Fort Washington Avenue and West 165th Street, we are accessible via the #1, A and C trains, and by bus via the M2, M3, M4, M5, or M100. Parking is located just south of the building in a lot on Fort Washington Avenue and West 165th Street.

Our endoscopy suite is also located at 161 Fort Washington Avenue on the 13th Floor.

Parking
Parking is available at the Medical Center. The main lot is located at the corner of 165th St. & Ft. Washington Ave., and the visitor entrance is from Ft. Washington Ave. Parking fees are by the hour. Our department does not validate parking.
