Sub Specialties

Interventional Gastroenterology
Our interventional endoscopists perform technologically advanced and specialized diagnostic techniques in the field of gastroenterology. These include endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), a test used for diagnosis of abdominal pain and to evaluate the ducts of the gallbladder, pancreas, and liver; and endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), a technique that provides high clarity through miniaturized ultrasound probes that can be inserted into the bile duct or the upper and lower GI tract to provide detailed images that aid in the diagnosis of biliary conditions, as well as in the staging of patients with esophageal, gastric and rectal cancers.
