The datasets are the summary meta-analysis data reported in the manuscript "Genome-wide association analyses define pathogenic signaling pathways and prioritize drug targets for IgA nephropathy" Nature Genetics 2023 (in press): ========================================================================================== 1) IgAN_Combined_metaanalysis.txt: Combined meta-analysis of all 17 international cohorts comprised of 10,146 kidney biopsy-diagnosed IgAN cases and 28,751 controls in total. 2) IgAN_Combined_metaanalysis_without_immunochip.txt: Meta-analysis excluding immunochip-genotyped cohorts that includes 14 international cohorts of 8,139 kidney biopsy-diagnosed IgAN cases and 25,852 controls in total. 3) IgAN_Combined_metaanalysis_European_only.txt: European-specific meta-analysis of 11 European cohorts that includes 5,556 kidney biopsy-diagnosed IgAN cases and 21,178 controls. 4) IgAN_Combined_metaanalysis_Asian_only.txt: Asian-specific meta-analysis of 6 Asian cohorts that includes 4,590 kidney biopsy-diagnosed IgAN cases and 7,573 controls.
