Genetics of Membranous Nephropathy

The files include GWAS summary statistics for the genetic study of membranous nephropathy in 12,820 individuals (3,782 primary MN and 9,038 controls). The study was performed as a trans-ethnic meta-analysis across 8 GWAS cohorts of European and East Asian ancestry, and one East Asian replication cohort profiled by targeted genotyping.
