MOHD Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria

• Non-diabetic CKD Case
  • >18 years of age
  • Stage 3 and 4 chronic kidney disease (eGFR range 15-60 ml/min/1.73m²)
  • No history of diabetes
  • No transplant, active malignancy or systemic autoimmune disease
• CKD control (CKD case spouse or healthy controls)
  • >18 years of age
  • Normal renal function (eGFR ≥ 90 ml/min/1.73m² and no proteinuria) 
  • No history of kidney disease or diabetes
  • No active malignancy or systemic autoimmune disease
